View Assessments Inc. develops and sells assessment
Products used by businesses for human resource management and by individuals for coaching,
career planning and personal development. The cornerstone of our products is
the ICES Plus Assessment, designed and developed in the early 1990s under
the direction of Dr. David Bartram and his team of psychologists at
Newland Park & Associates Limited in England. The research and studies
undertaken by Newland Park in developing the ICES Plus Assessment ensures
that the products derived from the use of the Assessment are legal, valid and reliable.
There are few normative test batteries developed in the last 20 years that match
the quality of the ICES Plus Assessment.
Our Products use
the ICES Plus
Assessment to measure an individual's interests, motivations, personality traits and abilities. This
information can then be used to assist an individual with their coaching needs, or assess their suitability for a particular job
or list of jobs based on the results achieved by people who have proven to
be successful at the job. Coaching clients complete the Interests and Personality sections of the
ICES Plus Assessment over the Web using the
client.coachview.com website. Job or career candidates can complete an ICES Plus Assessment in hard copy (paper and pencil format)
or on a computer. Responses to the Assessment questions are then entered into software
developed for each of our products. These software programs generate in-depth
reports that address typical coaching or human resource issues and assess coaching clients or job incumbents
for the level of coaching
or training that they require. View Assessments Inc. has also developed software for vocational or
career-counseling applications to provide assessment reports measuring an
individual's suitability for a prescribed list of jobs. All software programs
are produced from the sophisticated new View Software
Platform launched in 2001 after three years of intensive development work.
The unique Software Platform allows us to
rapidly develop new products and applications. The CoachView Assessment was developed in this way.
