Nine Work Behaviors

Compensation Preference
The Compensation Preference scale identifies whether the Client is more motivated to work by a secure salary or by performance based remuneration.
Focus on Work
The Focus on Work scale provides information on the importance of work to the Client. Some see work as a means to an end while others define themselves by their work.
Approach to Risk Taking
This Approach to Risk scale is measured from one extreme for a person who is inclined to engage in risky behavior to another for a person who is not so inclined.
Preference for Change
This scale identifies where the Client fits in the continuum between a structured environment with a fixed routine and a dynamic fast changing working environment.
Approach to New Ventures
This scale distinguishes those who approach new ventures or issues with caution from those who approach new ventures with optimism.
Approach to Listening
The Approach to Listening scale is measured from those who tend to dominate a conversation to people who are exceptionally sympathetic listeners.
Approach to Self Promotion
People who score at one extreme on this scale are reluctant to put themselves forward while those who score the opposite are assured to the point of being overwhelming.
Approach to Conflict
This scale distinguishes those who are forceful in their approach to conflict from those who avoid conflict by being accomodating.
Leadership Style
Leadership Style is measured from those who prefer a nurturing style of leadership to those who are naturally inclined to a more demanding Leadership Style.
