As an executor of the Participation Act, WSD helps as many people as possible with a distance from the labor market to work. The government and employers have agreed to create 125,000 additional jobs by 2026. The WSD academy plays an important role in the development of employees with its appropriate training courses. The Academy consists of 3 back office staff and 4 trainers. Growth led to the need to professionalize. Nicole Moviat, Manager, about Coachview's role.
Due to our rapid growth, we found out that the old system was not focused on the core task of training. We spent a lot of time on administration. Processing various lists, sending invitations, insight and management information were also missing. Enough reason to look for a package. Through fellow organization Pantar (largest work and training company for the Amsterdam region), we came to Coachview.
Working in a simplified way
Every day, we are happy with what Coachview offers! We work more professionally because the application forced us to think critically about our own process. The trainers involved also had to do that. Describing the purpose and content of the courses got us thinking again. That cost blood, sweat and tears. Also because, with the Coachview trainer, we mainly looked at the practical side of the program from the start. Thinking about the process came to mind then. I understood that this has become a learning case for Coachview to now also give the design of Coachview a central role.

I think our Training Portal is fantastic and professional and I would love to show you! The added value lies in two things: internal efficiency and how we now appear professional externally in our own corporate identity. People are really impressed! As you can see, I've really become a Coachview ambassador. Overview and efficiency were the main reasons for choosing Coachview. Customers like the fact that they immediately see what we offer and that signing up is very easy.
More efficient thanks to Coachview
Our work process controls the system completely. All you have to do is start the computer and you'll see exactly what to do. Coachview works very well: from the attendance lists that come out at the touch of a button to certificates that look beautiful. We can now print out a list for customers in just a few clicks. This took a lot of time at first. Coachview offers us real efficiency gains. We have more time left to increase the quality of our services. For example, we now keep attendance lists and provide good evaluations.
Freedom in training
Due to cuts in reintegration budgets, the Academy wants to earn its money independently. First steps have been taken. For example, Weener XL (the work development company of the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch) is now purchasing training courses from the WSD Academy. These kinds of collaborations are only increasing. And if this succeeds, my wish for the future will come true: optimal contribution to the development and rapid implementation of all “Participation laws”. While we support the entire training process, including billing, from A to Z from the Academy. To do this, I thoroughly studied all the possibilities of the program. Coachview can handle it all. Together with the specialists, we will then look at how we can best roll this out.
