Can I schedule instructors, rooms, and materials at the same time?

Yes. You can schedule instructors, locations, rooms, and materials for each course and see their availability immediately, preventing double bookings.

How quickly can I schedule a new course?

With course templates, you can set up a new course or a repeat session with a single click, including meetings, instructors, and pricing.

What happens if a schedule changes?

If you change a date, instructor, or location, participants and instructors are notified automatically, and schedules in the apps are updated.

Can instructors see their own schedules?

Yes. In the Instructor App, instructors can see when and where they are teaching, which participants are attending, and record attendance.

Can I use the course planner as a standalone tool?

The course planner is part of Coachview and integrates with the modules for registration, invoicing, and certification. This way, you don't have to enter data twice.
