Plan the implementation project

It’s a done deal—you’re getting started with Coachview. At the start of the implementation, we’ll make sure we put together a solid timeline, so you can go live as quickly and smoothly as possible.
We’ll handle a big part for you, but you can already get started yourself too!

Project handover
We’ll assign a consultant who’s the best match for your organization. Once that’s decided, the consultant will contact you.

Initial contact
During the first call, you’ll schedule the first project meetings. Nice—now the implementation really starts.

Map out your unique workflows

Before we start setting things up, we need to know exactly how your workflows run. Do we have this clear?
Then setting up and working with Coachview becomes a whole lot easier!

Start preparing
Have you already completed our e-learning modules? Then you know the basics of using Coachview, and it’s much easier to map your processes properly in Coachview.

Review processes
Here you’ll think through your day-to-day workflows. From enrolment to sending certificates. Where, when, and what? You can easily answer these questions with our workflow template.

The Kickoff
Here we’ll go through every part of the implementation. What’s your workflow? What does your IT landscape look like? Do we need to import data or integrate with other systems? We’ll get to know your organization end-to-end, so we can implement it in the best possible way.

Are all your processes clearly documented? Great—then we’ll start with the initial setup.
Automated actions, courses, and other data will be ready by the end.

Setting up the foundation
Use our templates to set up a solid foundation super fast. You can easily tailor it to your needs. You’ll also add your most important components. Want to use our standard setup and go live quickly? Then our Fastlane is a great option!

Setting up special cases
Every training provider is unique. You might do things just a bit differently than someone else—and Coachview is designed for that. While you’re implementing, you’ll also handle special cases in Coachview. Of course, we’ll guide you along the way.

Hooray! The first version
Once all your workflows are in Coachview, you’ve got an initial setup. We test this thoroughly before we import your data. That way, we know everything’s rock-solid. Time to import!

Check, check? Time to go live!

We’ll be testing throughout the whole implementation journey. Before we go live, we test all workflows one more time from start to finish.
Does everything look good? Then we go live!

The final check
Before we really go live, we’ll test all workflows from start to finish. Are enrollments coming in? Are emails and automated actions being carried out correctly? Do integrations work?

Ready for take-off
Is everything working as expected? Then let’s press the Go Live button! This clears out the test data, so you’ll start with a clean Coachview environment.
