Now that 2025 has come to an end, at Coachview, we look back on a year in which the platform continued to grow in use. Together with trainers, training institutes, trainers and back office teams, we have taken another major step in organizing, automating and professionalizing course administration.
In 2025, more and more organizations used Coachview as the central system for planning, executing and administering training courses. At the same time, we deepened the platform with new functionalities that are directly in line with the daily practice of training professionals. Less manual work, more control over processes and more room for quality.
Below, we look back at what we achieved together in 2025 and look ahead to 2026.
Our year in numbers
Use and reach

In 2025, thousands of professionals worked with Coachview every day. A total of 1,563 back office users and 3,322 trainers use of the platform to plan training courses, supervise participants and make processes run smoothly. They did that inside 292 customer environments, spread across a wide range of trainers and organizations.

Coachview supported this year 584,928 participants who had signed up for a course. In total, there are 2,380,152 participants registered for multiple course units, such as course days, half-days and sessions.

The mix of learning methods continued to develop. In 2025, 13.325 classroom records recorded, an increase of 6% compared to last year. Digital learning also continued to grow, with 15,072 e-learning registrations. A growth of 23% compared to 2024. The number of registrations for the virtual classroom was 4,742.

Together, these figures show that Coachview is not only widely used, but is also deeply embedded in the daily training process.
Financial processes and automation
2025 was also a strong year financially. In total, Coachview generated 263,065 invoices. The total value of these invoices was more than 251 million euros, a growth of 15% compared to 2024.

What is remarkable here is the degree of automation. roughly 75% of all invoices, in total 197.240, was fully automatically transferred to linked accounting systems. For back office teams, this means less manual processing, less error sensitivity, and more time for control and insight instead of administration.

Offer and training structure
The range of courses at Coachview remained as large and diverse as ever in 2025. In total, there were 44,507 unique training programs registered in the platform. These programs formed the basis for a large number of recurring processes and actions.

In 2025, 24,569 action templates created. These templates ensure that tasks are automatically created and executed when, for example, registrations, confirmations, communication with trainers, evaluations and billing.
This scale advantage is clearly visible in use: in total, there are 4,087,553 to-do lists (actions) created within Coachview. Think of confirmation emails, sending schedules, enrolling participants in e-learning, creating and completing invoices and much more. Of all these actions, 3,313,771 actions performed fully automatically by Coachview, without the intervention of the back office.

These figures underline what Coachview stands for: processes that move with growth, without extra workload.
New features
2025 was marked by major functional steps forward. An important milestone was the launch of the ContactApp, which was quickly expanded with new opportunities. Users got access to personalized training offerings, insight into results and the ability to pay directly online, automatically taking into account key dates, price agreements and discounts.
In addition, a lot of attention has been paid to ease of use. For example, the user interface for filling reserved seats has been completely renewed, making working with schedules easier and more intuitive.
Big steps have also been taken behind the scenes towards the App student. In 2025, functionalities were developed that allow organizations to show and publish their training offerings from Coachview. Thanks to action templates, this offer can even be built fully automatically and tailored to characteristics such as the position, company, department or category of the student.
An important improvement is the ability to pay directly online upon registration. In addition, students can go directly from the app to the e-learning environment without having to log in again. This ensures a smoother learning experience and fewer barriers.
The training portal also received a significant update, with extensions to the registration form, changes to the planning module and new options within action templates. Finally, in 2025, important preparations were made for the migration to AWS, with which we are working on a future-proof and scalable infrastructure.
Plans for 2026
In 2026, we will continue to build on the solid foundation that was laid in 2025. An important spearhead is the completion and official launch of the App student, so that participants get even better insight into their learning trajectories and offerings.
In addition, we are expanding the comment field in Coachview. Users can tag colleagues, share comments, and receive notifications, further enhancing collaboration within teams.
We are also continuing to develop technically. In 2026, we will introduce a more modern Single Sign-On Solution, making logging in easier and more secure. The migration to AWS will be completed this year, providing a solid basis for future innovations.
We are also working to make the action template screen more user-friendly and we will continue to make optimizations in the portal, the ContactApp and the Learner App. Everything with the aim: to keep improving Coachview based on the practice of our users.
