Dialogue supports organizations and professionals with advice, coaching, mediation and training. They also carry out the Vocational Training for Lawyers on behalf of the Netherlands Bar Association. Together with the Center for Postgraduate Legal Education (CPO), part of Radboud University Nijmegen. The organization


As Senior Training Manager, I am responsible for all training and operational activities. I coordinate the activities within the organization and I am the linchpin between many processes. Professionalism comes first and Coachview is the perfect fit for that. We use it for the entire participant administration and make maximum use of it. We also recommended it to our executing organization!

Using Coachview


Our secretariat is responsible for the entire training administration. Thanks to Coachview, we make considerably fewer mistakes and save many Excel lists because participants can now register via the site. Participants fill in their details, which come into Coachview. We receive a notification, while participants immediately receive a training confirmation. We can now also arrange the billing immediately. We use attendance lists during the training and afterwards we easily certify the participants. Coachview makes our work effective and guarantees quality.

Does Coachview help with Cedeo recognition?


Yes! We save a lot of time thanks to the reconstructability of data in Coachview over a longer period of time. Understanding this is very important for Cedeo certification and the Cedeo audit. In doing so, they request overviews of previous years. Think of website publications, participant overviews, evaluation forms and training content data. Thanks to Coachview, you can see that data in no time. You can immediately see which training courses have taken place, who attended and all certificates created. We even know who the coach was.

How Cedeo reviews


In phase one, we send the documents for the book research, for example information about 5 training courses. This is followed by a telephone sample among the participants. In doing so, they measure participant satisfaction; a very important part. Answers from this can only be assessed properly if we have used Coachview properly. Finally, an interview with an employee about the organization, including the administration, follows. Do we record things properly? Do we work uniformly? How do we deal with the quality of teachers? What do we do with evaluations? They record this and management reviews this report. By agreement, they will bundle the results and we will receive the recognition. From then on, we can officially call ourselves Cedeo approved and use the logo.

Cedeo recognition is important


For us, a lot depends on Cedeo, especially commercially. Lawyers and chartered accountants are really looking for courses where they can get points. Price-quality certainly plays a role in the choice of study, but a trainer must also be accredited for continuing education and continuing education. At Dialogue, price-quality ratio is important and with the recognition, we demonstrate this.”

In addition to developing individual talents, we also want to make organizations better. Dialogue is growing rapidly.
