Growth is only possible with a solid basis
In the past, we worked with a CRM tool to store customer data and collaborate within our team. We also used this system to plan training courses. Mails were sent via Outlook and invoices were sent via another tool. Due to our growth, the number of manual tasks became enormous and we lost the overview due to all the different systems. We noticed that our administration really needed to be optimized in order to grow healthily. This is why, after comparing multiple software packages, we ended up with Coachview.
From frustrations to trust
“Coachview is not a system to add on the side”.
We really noticed this in the early stages. We wanted to quickly set up and use Coachview in addition to our current activities. However, we quickly noticed that we were not getting the most out of the software as a result. As a result, we became frustrated with the system in the early stages. Only when we set aside the time and really put Coachview at the center of our organization did it start to have enormous added value. Because Coachview is central to our organization, you automatically become dependent on a system. As a result, trust is essential. Trust that Coachview is always available. But also trust that, for example, all emails are sent at the right time. And that Coachview reports it clearly as soon as actions go wrong. Without this trust, we would never have gotten the most out of Coachview.
Now really the heart of our company
Now that we've been using Coachview for a few years, the system has become an integral part of our organization. All educational logistics processes take place in Coachview. This gives us an overview anytime, anywhere. We can see at a glance which tasks still need to be completed and which courses are planned. Coachview now saves us at least 2 FTE. Tasks that we previously performed manually are now all taken over by the software. This gives our back office much more of a controlling role. Thanks to Coachview, the administrative pressure on our organization has decreased enormously. This reduces the stress of tasks that still need to be done and makes work a lot more fun again.
Communicate efficiently with our trainers
What's great about Coachview is that they keep innovating just like us. For example, we recently started using the new Teacher App. This makes communication with our trainers much more streamlined and trainers feel more involved. This way, trainers have continuous insight into their courses. Does a student unsubscribe, so that the training has too few participants and does not take place? Then the trainers will be informed directly via the app. In the past, this was always a black hole.
We keep taking steps
We keep optimizing with Coachview. For example, we regularly adapt existing processes to work more efficiently. Especially at this time, where many lessons are given both in class and online due to Corona, we need to continuously improve our processes. For example, during the first Corona lockdown, we changed our processes within one week to provide online training courses. We also now have a link with EDU-DEX, which in turn removes an enormous amount of manual work and duplicate registration.
