Previously, we went a long way with Word and Excel, but relationship management is very limited and training activities did not go hand in hand. Evaluating had nothing to do with billing and debtor management had nothing to do with printing certificates. However, they use the same personal data all the time. Through Coachview, we now link this data together and the organization is automated. We also had to, because customers literally asked: “Oh, is there another way we can use your administration system?”
Guidance, design and use
Before going live with Coachview, we started with a fresh look at our work process. As a result, the implementation took a lot of time and energy, including considerable discussions. Pretty exciting! We stopped our old way of working and now manage the administration of 6 different training portals from major parties such as the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and DUO from one system.

Sending an invitation, confirmation, reminder or a certificate, everything now almost goes without saying. Soon, evaluations will also go out without manual work. The time savings are unimaginable. I'm already saving 40 hours a week on the back office. And it saves me 4 hours a week. Take billing, for example, that took me a day and now half an hour! Not just because Coachview helps technically. The process just runs better and I always have the right data at hand. Instead of invoicing afterwards, we now send the invoice in advance, get paid earlier and the financial administration is in order. That profit cannot be expressed in hours, but great!
Complete unburdening
With a small team, we specialize in unburdening the entire training process. We provide 13 training courses for more than 3,000 employees for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science alone. This involves a huge amount of course administration. For our daily expenses and via Coachview, we quickly offer the service that the customer expects from us. The customer maintains control, can access Coachview himself and we provide reports. Look, then you really unburden the customer from A to Z.
How do you see freedom in training?
For us, Coachview means convenience, efficiency and overview. Secretly, we can't even live without it and always add a bit. Now we're looking forward to the new automatic roasting. And that's also nice, Coachview asks me to actively think about the next step of their software and really do something with it. I love that! We are very happy with a system that is intended for training.
